CMFG, LLC was\u00a0formed to provide individuals the necessary support to live productive lives.<\/span> I am committed to help youth, young adults, and others to become our future and true servant leaders in our society and communities. I am dedicated and committed to help individuals to realize their value and potential in life. I will encourage and inspire them to overcome the various barriers that they may confront on their academic, personal, and professional journeys. As I continued to pray for guidance, he revealed what He wanted me to do for His Will. He began to give me a clearer vision for my life. He even designated the date for the retirement from government, which occurred on July 31st. After God provided me His direction, He revealed the plan that He had for me after retirement.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 God opened my heart to show me that in those 47 years of my government service. He had prepared me to help others in various ways with my gifts and talents. Some of those gifts were servant leadership, coaching, mentoring, and the understanding of His Word. He even revealed to me that individual lives were imploding because there was a lack of \u201cSpiritual Character\u201d in the foundation of their lives. These individuals were at the top of their careers (Athletes, Business Leaders, Leaders, Musicians, Entertainers, Teachers, Preachers, Deacons, and many in other professions). I even lost a nephew to suicide in October 2019. He was a Minister for Christ. As I continued to pray for the plan and seek His Will for a new journey in my life, God revealed that I needed to work with individuals to help them see their potential and value in their lives and to our society. God brought me the term \u201cSpiritual Character,\u201d and I continue to speak to others about this term as the \u201cWHY\u201d or purpose of what I will be doing for God as I transitioned from government to serve His purpose and plan for me and others. My website will go live in September. I plan to start this effort with our youth and young adults at Pine Grove MB Church in Harvest Alabama and work with faith-based organizations in the local area to focus on low-income and disenfranchised individuals.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 My ultimate goal is to build servant leaders in society, communities, and the private and public sector. I will continue to pray and ask for God\u2019s vision, because I know that this is just a part of His plan for me. Since God has blessed me with His Grace, I am committed and dedicated to follow His Will. God\u2019s Grace is sufficient and I thank him for leading me to this phase of my life which is in a righteous position, and most of all to serve His Will. I also ask that you pray for me that I stay in God\u2019s Will and glorify Him and His Word in all of my actions. How God Moved Me to Create CMFG, LLC<\/b><\/h2>\n
